- Kosovo: EUR 2
- Albania & Macedonia: EUR 5

4. Return and Refund Policy for Preloved Books
We strive for customer satisfaction with clear policies:
- Real Photos: Images on our website accurately represent the books, including visible signs of wear or damage.
- Return Period: Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. If the book does not meet your expectations, you can return it immediately to the delivery person.
- Return Process: Notify the delivery person immediately and return the book in the same condition as received.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method in the same currency.
- Shipping Costs: Since returns occur at the time of delivery, no return shipping costs apply. Once the book is accepted, all sales are final.
